Yoga Nest is inviting you to a Women's Retreat - FLOURISH. From 18th until 20th October, join Lari and Guka in Les Crosets in a retreat designed to embrace the beautiful feminine energy within us, creativity and to reconnect with nature in a selfcare moment. The only prerequisites are your gorgeous curves, open hearts, and willing spirits.Coming together as Women we will explore our Feminine power through yoga, meditation, moon related rituals, creative workshops and mindful walks in nature. This is a beautiful opportunity to fill up your energy tank, bloom, flourish and connect with other sisters, while empowering your own inner Goddess.
We gather in a circle as equals, learning from each other as sisters, being guided by Mother Nature. WHAT WE HAVE PLANNED FOR YOU
We will start with a brunch around 10:30 on Friday morning (18th October) and finish around lunchtime on Sunday (20th October). Once you arrive at the Yoga Chalet, we will take it from there. The entire program has been curated by us, to guide you and to let your mind be free. We will dive into yoga practice, guided breathwork and meditation. We have special creative workshops prepared for you. We will rest, explore the nearby mountain paths, detox in the sauna, nourish the body with homemade meals… You will also receive special gifts that will help you carry this energy on, also after our retreat.
ABOUT US
We are Guka and Lari from the Yoga Nest team in Zurich. Together, we have carefully crafted a program of this retreat for you that blends yoga, meditation, spiritual practices and creative workshops.
YOGA CHALET I ABOUT THE HOUSE
The Yoga Chalet is a wooden family house in the beautiful mountain village Les Crosets. There are four rooms for the guests on the upper floor. Two rooms have private bathrooms. The other two rooms share one large bathroom with a corner bathtub with shower. Bed sheets and towels are provided. The ground floor will be our shared space. It has an amazing and spacious open kitchen, where you can grab yourself a tea or a fruit. But also a huge dining table - we find sharing meals a very important part of the retreats. There is also a lounge space at the fireplace, with a few sofas, where you can hang out, read a book, have your tea, chat with other participants...In the middle of it, there is an open space with a wide terrace door that opens up to the most beautiful mountain view. This is where we are going to practice yoga, meditation and calm our minds with what we see, inside and outside.
MEALS
We will prepare delicious vegetarian homemade meals (with vegan options). On Friday evening we would like to invite you to prepare a dinner together. By registration let us know about your food intolerances or allergies. Tea, coffee and fruits are always out in the kitchen, whenever you feel like grabbing a cup of sth to drink or a snack.
