Terms and Conditions for Yoga Nest Studio

‍These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and products offered by Yoga Nest Studio.
By placing any order or booking a service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

‍SERVICES & PRODUCTS
‍The services offered include yoga classes, workshops, retreats, and events. The products available for sale encompass yoga and wellness-related items (merch, yoga mats, props, clothing, essential oils, etc.). We encourage clients to use our online reservation system available on the Yoga Nest Studio website to secure their spots in classes and avoid disappointment due to fully booked sessions.

‍PRICING & PAYMENT
‍All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes. Prices may change, and errors are reserved. Prices of products and services are those in effect at the time of ordering.  Payment methods include:     - Cash payment at the studio     - Credit card payment (VISA or MasterCard)     - Other payment methods as specified on our website.  Services can be purchased at the studio, via email, or using the online reservation tool. An email confirmation will be sent once payment is processed.

‍REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & VALIDITY OF SERVICES
‍Refund & Cancellation: yoga passes are intended for personal use and are non-transferable and non-refundable, except for shared memberships between family members or couples.  Pass Validity, Extensions, and Interruptions: series of classes can be paused due to illness, accidents, or pregnancy. Requests for pauses must be submitted in writing as soon as possible, along with a medical certificate. Extensions for long vacations or important matters must also be requested in advance.  
Trial Offer for New Clients: new clients may benefit from a one-time trial class or introductory offer, valid only on their first visit. Modification of Schedule: Yoga Nest Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules or instructors at any time without refund.  Gift Cards: giift cards are non-redeemable for cash and non-transferable. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

‍EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF GOODS
‍All purchases of goods are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

‍Privacy: Personal data will be stored and used in compliance with data protection regulations.
